Scholarship Fund: Supports the scientific activity of researchers and doctors. Through scholarship programs, it helps reduce social inequalities. People with fewer financial resources often cannot afford to finance higher education. This entrenches poverty in subsequent generations. Scholarships enable students, PhD students to continue their education, which in turn can open the door to better employment opportunities and an increase in social status, development of science and direction of their further professional careers.
Grant Fund: Supports the activity of non-governmental initiatives. It gives an impulse to social activities for the common good. It is a friendly, local source of financing for ideas and activities. It strengthens social attitudes and interpersonal solidarity, integrates, and helps people in need live more dignified lives. It gathers sensitive donors who, thanks to their donations, help the local community live a more dignified life.
If you want to obtain an independent energy source that will allow you to meet the standards of the so-called green certificates or real help for the environment by reducing pollutant emissions. Thus, you can support non-governmental organizations and your own development of the company.
Photovoltaics for companies is our answer to the modern needs of entrepreneurs. Sales based on PPA agreements - in other words, it is a sale on free market principles. It takes place between the buyer (your company) and us (the electricity producer). The rules of the transaction are regulated by a civil law contract.
Bank deposits provide an interest rate of no more than 5-6%, and only after meeting a number of additional conditions (e.g. having an account in a given bank, making a certain number of transactions, etc.). When we take into account inflation exceeding 9%, the result is not very impressive. By investing in photovoltaic farms, we support the energy change, care for the environment and ensure high income for the fund.
A photovoltaic farm is an investment that costs approximately PLN 3.5 million. However, it should be emphasized that much depends on the manufacturer, power, model and technical parameters of photovoltaic cells. If the investor decides to use cheaper solutions, the investment will cost even less than PLN 3 million.
At the same time, it should be noted that the initial investment cost is not the most important in this case. It may be lower, but in this case you should be prepared for replacement of defective materials and frequent servicing. If you decide to spend more at the start, which will ensure high-quality materials and workmanship. The photovoltaic farm will generate profits for the next several dozen years.
How much can we gain from a solar farm? As a non-governmental organization, we donate full profits to statutory purposes.
By implementing a fund project, for example with a farm with a capacity of 1.1 MW. The installation took part in the renewable energy auction, in which the bid was PLN 320/MWh. The income from the farm will amount to approximately PLN 352,000 per year. After deducting operating costs, service, insurance, etc., the profit remains at the level of approximately PLN 280,000 per year.
It is standard practice to place funds in deposits. Are you sure this is the best option?
A standard savings and checking account where funds are kept will not guarantee it. Even the best current accounts have an interest rate of 6% and only for a certain period from opening (e.g. 3 months). Most of the time, the interest rate on a savings account doesn't exceed 1%.
However, the situation is different with investments.
Trying to find the best solution, we focused on the mission of the Consortium, care for the natural environment and support for the energy transition. In Poland, energy is still produced mainly from coal, which involves the emission of harmful gases and dust. They are one of the causes of smog, contributing to approximately 12% of deaths in Poland. By using solar energy and producing it, we have a real impact on improving air quality in Poland. Each 1,000 kWh of electricity from photovoltaics translates into approximately 800 kg of less carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
