1. All editorial content is under the exclusive control of the editors, based on the Press Law Act. In order to avoid doubts from the reader as to the credibility of the magazine and as to situations in which there is a risk that an advertisement or special advertising sections may be confused with independent editorial content, the editorial office is obliged to clearly identify the author or company name in order to clarify who is responsible for the content of the page.
• Materials such as interviews and articles are marked at the top of the page by the EXPERT Editorial Office with the description: "Sponsored article", so that the reader has no doubt that they are dealing with information published for a fee or not being the work of the editorial office.
2. The editorial office has the right to refuse to publish an advertisement or announcement if its content is inconsistent with the interests or nature of the EXPERT magazine.
3. Materials prepared for publication according to the specification in digital format should be delivered to the Editorial Office by the date specified in the publishing schedule. Lack of materials for printing means:
4. Condition for placing an advertisement on the first cover of EXPERT magazine: the advertisement on the first cover must be different from other covers of industry newspapers (we want the Reader not to confuse the titles of magazines). It should have clear graphics and a small amount of text.
5. Cancellation of the broadcast of the advertisement or interruption of the ordered advertising cycle must be in writing (email: info@econgo.eu) and can only be made by the date specified in the publishing schedule as the deadline for placing orders for advertisements. In the event of cancellation, the customer is obliged to return the previously deducted discount. However, cancellation after the above deadline results in charging the ordering party the full amount of the order value.
6. Invoices are issued on the day of shipment of the EXPERT publication. Payments for the advertisement must be made by bank transfer within 14 days from the date of invoice issue. In the event of delay, statutory interest will be charged and an invoice will be issued to compensate for the previously deducted discount.
7. In exceptional situations, the Editors reserve the right to collect payment for the advertisement at the time of placing the order.
8. Fees are charged for the preparation of the advertiser's advertisement by the Editors. In the event that the advertisement is used by advertisers for purposes other than publication in the EXPERT magazine, an additional fee for copyright applies. The cost of preparing the advertisement and the cost of copyright is determined individually and depends on the degree of complexity and type of advertisement.
9. Expressing consent to the processing of personal data and consent to the sending of information electronically is voluntary, although failure to do so may result in the inability to use the publisher's services.
10. The EXPERT publication, in accordance with the zero-emission assumptions, is available in paper and online versions.
11. Orders are accepted electronically via the econgo.eu website or by e-mail: info@econgo.eu.
12. After placing an order, the customer will receive a pro-forma invoice to the e-mail address provided, which is a confirmation of the order and the basis for payment for the ordered services. The customer can also make a payment to the account number provided on the website, entering their details in the transfer title exactly according to the order.

13. The editorial office does not send press releases for acceptance / authorization. Short press releases are not subject to copyright in accordance with the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws of 1994, No. 24, item 83), Article 4, paragraph 4.
14. The editors reserve the right to change the Regulations.
15. The parties will try to resolve all disputes amicably and in the event that such an agreement is not possible, the dispute will be resolved by the court competent for the Humani Cordis Foundation.
